Your responsibilities will be :
Your responsibilities will be mainly articulated around business development, management, and the achievement of your own recruiment missions :
- Taking charge of your network's growth
- Managing your recruitment processes from A to Z: positions analysis, sourcing, interviews, intergration follow-up...
- Participate actively in the company's life and development by being a force of proposal
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree (with a commercial or management orientation)
- First convincing experience in a commercial function 'preferabli in external recruitment)
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious and enthusiastic
- French speaker; able to hold a conversation in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Ready to use your open-mindedness and your ability to work in a team for the benefit of our clients and candidates
- With a strong intellectual curiosity and a great capacity to adapt, you are willing to join a stimulating professional environment where you will fully develop your potential
